We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.1.6 Your Rights

- Improve functionality and tailor content to users.
3. Personal Bookings
Booking a personal one-to-one session with me (or, where enabled, a member of my team or another practitioner such as an oracle reader, healer, or holistic practitioner) can be a supportive and uplifting experience.
Psychic and mediumship work requires an open mind, as each session is unique. Mediumship in particular is experimental – there can never be a guarantee of who may come through. Psychic insights, divination (such as tarot or oracle readings), and other forms of guidance are based on interpretation, and it’s important to remember that everyone has free will to make choices and change the path of their life. Healing and holistic sessions are complementary and should never replace professional medical treatment.
These services should never be taken as 100% accurate or absolute fact. Instead, they are offered as guidance and support, helping you to reflect, explore possibilities, and find your own way forward.
3.1 Availability
Bookings can only be made for the dates and times shown as available in the booking system. The system may allow multiple bookings if required, subject to availability.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. You can pay using PayPal, Stripe, debit/credit card, or by using any available account balance you hold on the website. I/we do not store or have access to your full payment card details. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
3.3 Cancellations by Me or My Team
If I (or a team member) need to cancel a booking, you will be offered either:
- An alternative date, or
- A refund to your original payment method. If you would prefer credit to your account balance for future use, please tell us when we contact you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
3.4 Cancellations by You
- If you cancel up to 4 days before your session, we will refund to your original payment method. If you would prefer account credit instead, please tell us when you cancel.
- If you cancel within 4 days of the session, no refund or credit will be given.
3.5 Behaviour and Respect
All personal sessions must be conducted respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards myself or any member of my team will result in immediate termination of the session without refund or credit.
3.6 Delivery of Sessions
Most personal sessions are carried out either face-to-face or via online platforms such as Zoom or WhatsApp. While I/we will always do our best to provide a smooth experience, I/we cannot guarantee the quality of your internet connection or devices, as these are outside of our control.
3.7 Disclaimer
All readings and personal sessions are offered for guidance and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as health, legal matters, or finances.
In particular, please note that matters involving pregnancy, medical issues, and personal relationships (such as marriage or love life) are sensitive areas. While insights may be offered, no outcome can be guaranteed, and you should never rely solely on a reading to make important life decisions in these areas.
If you are struggling with your wellbeing, relationships, or facing difficult circumstances, I encourage you to seek help from qualified professionals alongside any reading you may choose to have with me or my team. If you are unhappy with the service you receive, please contact me so I/we can try to resolve your concerns. You are, of course, also entitled to raise a complaint with the relevant consumer protection or trading standards body if you feel this is necessary.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Product Information and Availability
I/we do our best to make sure all product details, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date. Sometimes mistakes happen or products may become unavailable without warning. If something changes after you place an order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
4.2 Product Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and may include additional taxes or shipping fees. Prices can change at any time, though never after you’ve placed your order.
Payments are securely handled by trusted third parties such as PayPal, Stripe, or credit/debit card processors. I/we don’t hold or store your payment details.
4.3 Gift Vouchers
- Validity: Vouchers are usually valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. After expiry, any unused balance is lost.
- Redemption: They can only be used on this website against eligible products, events, tours, courses, or services. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used to purchase additional vouchers.
- Part-Use: If you don’t spend the full value in one go, the remaining balance will stay available on your account until the voucher expires.
- Restrictions: Some discounts and promotions may not apply when paying with a voucher unless specifically allowed. Vouchers must not be re-sold, auctioned, or transferred.
- Responsibility: Please keep your voucher code safe. Lost, stolen, or misused vouchers cannot be replaced. If a voucher appears to have been tampered with, I/we may cancel it.
- Refunds: Voucher purchases are final and non-refundable. If you cancel an order paid using a voucher (or part voucher, part card), any refund will be returned pro-rata to the original payment methods (e.g. voucher balance back to voucher/account; any card/PayPal portion back to that method). Cash will not be given for voucher value.
- Fraud: Any fraudulent use of vouchers may result in cancellation of both the voucher and the customer’s account.
4.4 Damaged or Defective Physical Products
I/we want you to be happy with your purchase, and I/we take product quality seriously.
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us straight away by email or via the website contact form.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them and claim a full refund to your original payment method (or, if you prefer, as account balance).
If a fault develops after 30 days but within the product’s expected lifespan, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement, or in some cases a partial refund. I/we will guide you through the process and make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
4.5 Product Returns and Refunds (physical)
Sometimes people simply change their mind and you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do this, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the product to us.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. The cost of return postage is your responsibility (unless the product is faulty). I recommend using tracked postage for your peace of mind.
Once I/we receive the product back in good condition, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will include the cost of the original basic delivery (as required by law), but not any upgraded shipping you selected. Refunds are made to your original payment method. If you would prefer the amount added to your account balance for future use, please let us know when arranging your return.
Note: For reasons of health, hygiene, or personalisation, some products cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes (but is not limited to) food, cosmetics, skincare, lip balms, oils, sprays, candles that have been lit, or any item made to your personal specification.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which allows you up to 30 days to return faulty goods for a full refund.
4.6 Digital Product Refund Policy
Digital products (such as downloads) are delivered electronically. To provide immediate access, we require your explicit consent at checkout (unticked box) confirming that delivery begins straight away and that you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- If you do not tick the consent box, we will delay access until the cooling-off period ends or until you provide consent.
- Once access is provided after your explicit consent, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you experience a technical issue or believe a file is faulty, contact us within 3 days and we will ensure you receive working access to the purchased file.
Where digital products are provided by a guest tutor, speaker, or partner, I/we act only as a facilitator. Responsibility for the content, accuracy, and quality lies with the creator.
4.7 MembershipsMembership gives you access to exclusive benefits designed for our community. The terms below explain how Membership works, so everything is clear and simple for you.
- Benefits: Membership gives you access to a range of perks (discounts, free/priority events, members-only content, downloads, blogs, message board access, etc.) as described on the Membership page. Benefits may be updated or replaced from time to time, but the overall value of Membership will be maintained.
- Payment: Membership begins once your payment has cleared. Fees are paid upfront and cover a fixed period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Memberships do not auto-renew.
- Duration: Your Membership runs for the period purchased unless ended earlier under these terms. Access will stop at the end of the term unless renewed.
- Cooling-off period: Normally you would have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, as Membership starts immediately with digital benefits, you will be asked to tick a box confirming you waive this right. Without this consent, we cannot provide instant access.
- Refunds: Membership access begins once you actively consent to start immediately (which waives your 14-day cooling-off right). After consent, payments are final and non-refundable.
- Our cancellation: I/we may suspend or cancel a Membership at any time if terms are broken (e.g. abuse, misuse, inappropriate behaviour). No refund will be provided for any remaining time in such cases.
- Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only. Benefits cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
- Treat other members and our team with respect. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, and hate speech will not be tolerated.
- Keep login details private and secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Use discounts, perks, and content only for yourself. They must not be shared publicly or resold.
- Perks linked to badges are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Any attempt to share accounts, misuse discounts, or otherwise abuse the Membership system may result in immediate suspension or cancellation without refund.
- You must comply with these rules and the wider site Terms & Conditions at all times.
4.9 Courses
Some courses are run by guest speakers, organisers, or third-party tutors. In those cases, I/we act purely as a facilitator providing access. I/we are not responsible for their content, views, accuracy (wording, audio, video, etc.), or actions. Any issues or disputes with such courses should be taken up directly with the provider.
Courses and workshops are designed to support your personal growth and self-development. Unless specifically stated, they do not provide professional qualifications or certification. Course materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, recorded, screen-captured, or redistributed in any form. Sharing your account access or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.
Access to Materials
- Access to paid courses is granted only to enrolled members. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you will continue to have access after completion while your account remains active and in good standing.
- I/we may limit access to certain items (e.g. replays, downloads, bonus content) to a fixed duration; where this applies, the access window will be stated at the time of purchase.
- Where a course is delivered live, session times and content may change where necessary (see Website Availability and Substitution). If a live session is rescheduled, reasonable notice will be given via your member account.
Technology & Third-Party Platforms
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and any required apps (for example Zoom) to access the course. I/we cannot be held responsible if you are unable to access content due to device, software, or connectivity issues.
- Some elements may be hosted on third-party platforms (e.g. Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, or similar). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Communication & Community Spaces
- All course-related communication and support are managed through your member account and our internal messaging system. Please use this for questions, technical help, or course queries.
- From time to time, I/we may create private community spaces (e.g. a private Facebook Group or an on-site message board) to share notices, bonus material, or facilitate discussion. Access is limited to enrolled members and must not be shared.
- Community spaces are private; respect for privacy is essential. Do not copy, quote, forward, download, or re-post any content from these areas outside the group without explicit written permission from I/we and the original author.
- Participation is subject to the User Conduct rules in these Terms. I/we may moderate, suspend, or remove access to community spaces where rules are breached.
Recording & Intellectual Property
- Unless expressly permitted in writing, you must not record, reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works from any course session or material (including slides, videos, worksheets, and community posts).
- All course content remains the intellectual property of I/we (or the relevant guest tutor/licensor) and is provided for your personal use only.
Disclaimer
Please remember that all spiritual, psychic, or mediumship content is based on interpretation and individual experience. It should not be taken as absolute fact, nor as a substitute for professional advice. If you are ever in doubt or need support in matters of health, legal, or financial importance, please seek guidance from a qualified professional.
4.10 Referral Programme
The referral programme allows members or clients to recommend friends to this website. If a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase, the referrer may receive points or credit as a thank-you.
- Eligibility: Referrals are open to clients and members, unless otherwise stated.
- Rewards: Points or balance earned can be exchanged for discounts or used in the shopping cart once a minimum balance is reached.
- Non-Transferable: Referral credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside this website.

- Changes: I/we reserve the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time without notice.

- Purpose: Badges are a fun way to celebrate your involvement and progress.
- Exclusive Perks: From time to time, members with certain badge levels (for example Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) may be invited to special opportunities, such as private events, early access to courses, or exclusive online sessions (including Zoom, live broadcasts etc). These perks are offered at our discretion and may change over time.
- No Monetary Value: Badges themselves have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, products, or discounts (unless specifically stated in a promotion).
- Changes: I/we may update, add, or remove badges, achievements, and any related perks at any time without notice.
4.12 Community Message Board

Be Kind & Respectful- Treat others the way you’d like to be treated.
- It’s fine to disagree, but keep discussions polite and focus on the topic, not the person.

- Avoid sharing graphic, offensive, or harmful material.

A Note from UsThe message board is for friendly conversation and shared learning. The opinions expressed are those of individual members and don’t necessarily reflect the views of the site or its owners.

7. Disclaimers
7.1 General
Psychic, mediumship, and related spiritual services are offered in good faith as guidance and inspiration. They are not presented as absolute or guaranteed predictions, and outcomes may vary from person to person.
All insights shared should be seen as supportive advice to help you reflect, rather than instructions to follow. You always remain free to make your own choices and are responsible for the decisions you take in your life.
7.2 Liability
I/we, along with my team, guest speakers, course organisers, and event hosts, will always do our best to provide services with care and professionalism. However, I/we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that arises from the use of products, digital items, private services, events, tours, courses, or any activity connected to this website, except where the law requires otherwise.
Please remember that readings, workshops, courses, and events are offered as guidance and support, not as guarantees. Any decisions you make, and any actions you take as a result of using these services, remain your own responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence,
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
- Any rights you have under UK consumer law.
For the avoidance of doubt, I/we cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential losses (such as travel costs, accommodation, or missed opportunities).

We do our best to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, clear, and up to date – including service descriptions, event and tour details, course outlines, blogs, podcasts, prices, and promotional content. However, errors, omissions, or changes may sometimes occur.

These features do not offer professional, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Any unauthorised use of this website’s content may result in suspension of your account and could lead to legal action if necessary.
9. User Conduct
This website and all related services are built on respect, kindness, and inclusivity. I/we believe in equality for everyone, and we want all our clients, team members, guest speakers, and participants to feel safe and valued.
As such, discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes (but is not limited to) behaviour or comments directed at a person’s:
- Faith, beliefs, or spiritual practices,
- Race, ethnicity, or nationality,
- Gender or gender identity,
- Sexual orientation,
- Disability or health condition,
- Personal circumstances.
Respectful interaction is expected at all times, whether during a personal session, a live event, an online course, message boards, any other written communication (including emails, chats, social media posts, or comments left on this site).
If abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour occurs, I/we reserve the right to immediately remove the individual from the service, suspend their account, or cancel their membership, without refund or credit.
This standard of respect applies equally to me, my team, guest speakers, and other practitioners hosted on this platform. Everyone has the right to feel safe and supported while taking part.
Please also note that abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour (online or offline) may constitute a criminal offence under UK law, including the Online Safety Act 2023, the Communications Act 2003, or the Malicious Communications Act 1988. Where appropriate, such behaviour may be reported to the relevant authorities, and legal action may follow.
9.1 Comments and Reviews
All comments and reviews submitted on this site are reviewed by myself or a member of my team before they are made public. This helps to ensure that discussions remain respectful, constructive, and safe for everyone.
I/we reserve the right to edit, refuse, or delete any comment or review without notice. This may include (but is not limited to) content that is offensive, harmful, irrelevant, promotional, or otherwise unsuitable.
Submitting a comment or review does not guarantee that it will be published – approval is entirely at our discretion.
Please also note that guest speakers, course organisers, and event hosts are not responsible for moderating or responding to comments or reviews. This process is managed solely by myself and my team.
10. Your Rights (GDPR)
Your data rights are set out in Section 1 (Privacy) and our Privacy Policy.
11. Advertisements and External Links
From time to time, this website may display banner adverts or links to third-party websites, products, or services. These may be run by external businesses, guest organisers, or partners.
Please note:
- Clicking on a banner or external link will take you to another website that is not controlled by me or my team.
- I/we do our best to ensure that adverts and links are appropriate, but we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external website.
- Any dealings you have with third-party advertisers are strictly between you and them.
- If you encounter an issue with a third-party site, product, or service, you should raise it directly with that provider.
- If you click on a third-party advert or link, your information may be processed under that third party’s privacy policy, not mine. I encourage you to read their privacy policy carefully.
12. Website Availability and Service Substitution
12.1 Website Access
I/we do my best to keep the website running smoothly at all times. However, there may be occasions when the site is unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, internet outages, or problems with third-party service providers (such as hosting companies).
I/we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the website or related services.
12.2 Service Substitution
If a booked service (such as a private session, workshop, course, or event) cannot go ahead as planned because I, a team member, or a guest organiser is ill or otherwise unavailable, I reserve the right to:
- Arrange for another suitable team member or guest tutor to deliver the service in my place, or
- Reschedule the service to another date, or
- Where neither is possible, we will refund to your original payment method (account credit is available if you prefer).
These adjustments will be made in good faith and with the aim of minimising disruption, but I/we cannot be held liable for cancellations or substitutions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Competitions & Prize Draws
We love giving back through fun competitions and prize draws – whether it’s a free reading, course place, or another little gift. Everyone is welcome to enter unless the competition page says otherwise. All our competitions are run under the laws of England & Wales, in line with UK rules (including the CAP Code and Consumer Protection Regulations). By taking part you agree these laws apply, wherever you live. Local laws in other countries do not apply.
Here’s the short version of how things work:
- Who can enter: Usually open worldwide, unless the Specific Rules say otherwise. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age stated on the competition page).
- How to enter: Follow the steps on the competition page. One entry per person, please.
- How winners are chosen: Random draw or judged, depending on the competition – we’ll always explain which.
- Prizes: As described. Non-transferable, no cash alternative unless we say so.
- Fair play: No bulk, automated or duplicate entries. We may ask for ID or proof of eligibility if needed.
These terms apply to all competitions and prize draws (“competitions”) we run, alongside any Specific Rules shown on an individual competition page. If there’s a conflict, the Specific Rules take priority.
13.2 Key DatesEach competition will display its opening and closing times (UK time). Entries received outside these times will not be included.
13.3 Eligibility- Competitions are normally open worldwide unless stated otherwise on the competition page.
- Entrants must be 18+ unless a different age is specified.
- One entry per person unless the Specific Rules state differently.

14. Fundraising
From time to time, we may run fundraising activities. We act solely as the organiser and host of the fundraising campaign and are not a charity, financial institution, or regulated fundraising body. We facilitate the collection and transfer of funds to the designated recipient organisation as described on the campaign page.
14.1 Scope, Transparency, and OutcomeThis section governs all donation-based fundraising campaigns hosted on this website. Each active campaign page will clearly display:
- The Title, Description, and Purpose of the campaign.
- The Target Amount, Current Amount Raised, and End Date.
- The full legal name and, where applicable, the Registered Charity Number of the designated recipient organisation.
- The intended use of the funds by the recipient.
Once a campaign closes, the page will be updated with an official outcome summary, including a title, summary, images (e.g., proof of donation or cheque presentation), and an outcome link for full transparency.
Transfer of Funds and Contingency- Transfer Process: Funds collected will be transferred to the designated recipient organisation within 30 days of the campaign's end date, after necessary deduction of third-party processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees).
- Alternative Recipient: In the unlikely event that the designated charity ceases to exist, is removed from the UK Charity Register, or is unable to accept the funds for any reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative charity with a similar purpose. We will notify donors of any such change via the campaign page.
All donations are processed securely via PayPal. By making a donation, you agree to comply with PayPal's terms and conditions.
- Payment Details: We do not collect, store, or have direct access to your financial details; this information is handled solely by PayPal.
- Currency: All donations must be made in the currency specified on the donation page.
If you believe a payment has been made fraudulently or without your permission, you must report the matter directly to PayPal, who will handle the investigation under their own policies. Any chargebacks or disputes raised through PayPal are subject to PayPal’s procedures, and we accept no liability for decisions made by PayPal.
14.3 Donation Commitment and Refunds- Irrevocable Donation: Unless required by law or specified otherwise in the campaign description, all donations are considered non-refundable. By submitting a donation, you confirm that the donation is genuinely intended as a gift to support the campaign's stated purpose.
- Failure to Reach Target: If the campaign fails to reach its stated financial target by the end date, the funds collected will still be transferred to the designated recipient organisation for use towards the stated purpose, unless a specific refund/alternative use policy is clearly outlined on the campaign page.
Some fundraising campaigns may offer the option to add Gift Aid. Where available, the campaign page will clearly display the conditions and eligibility requirements set out by HMRC. If Gift Aid is not offered on a particular campaign, this will be stated on the donation page.
Age RequirementDonations may only be made by individuals aged 18 or over. By completing a donation, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to make the payment.
Legal ComplianceAll donations must comply with applicable laws and regulations. By making a donation, you confirm that the funds used are lawful and that you are permitted to donate under the laws of your jurisdiction.

- Public Listing: You have the option to tick a box to prevent your name from being publicly listed on the campaign page. If this box is not ticked, your name may be displayed alongside your donation amount. Your email address will never be publicly displayed.
- Comments: Comments left by donors and the public are subject to approval by us before they are displayed. We reserve the right to refuse to publish, or to remove, any comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant.
- Licence to Content: By submitting comments or content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content in connection with the fundraising campaign.
- Limitation of Liability: We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our donation platform, or any service interruptions, technical errors, or failure of PayPal to process payments correctly. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of the donation in question.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the fundraising platform. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the fundraising service.
Updates to Fundraising TermsWe reserve the right to update or amend this fundraising section at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to all donations made after the updated version is displayed.

16. Awards – Nominations, Voting and Results
The Awards are operated and managed solely through our online awards system. By registering, nominating, voting, or entering the optional prize draw, you agree to the following terms.
- Eligibility: Only registered users of our website may nominate or vote in the Awards. Guest, anonymous, or offline nominations and votes are not accepted.
- How nominations work: Users may nominate individuals within each category during the nomination period. The maximum number of nominations per user, per category, is set by the administrator and may change at any time to ensure fairness.
- Nomination thresholds: Before an individual can be placed into the voting stage, they must meet the minimum nomination threshold set for that category. Nominees who do not meet the threshold will not progress to voting.
- Voting process: Voting opens and closes automatically based on the dates and times published within the Awards system. Votes submitted outside of the voting window will not be counted.
- Results and winners: The system automatically counts votes and determines the top nominees per category. The winner is the nominee with the highest number of votes. In the event of a tie, the system may apply predefined tie-breaking rules as set by the administrator.
- Live announcement: Winners are announced live. Administrators and the public view results at the same time. The organisers do not have advance access to final results and cannot alter outcomes.
- Admin discretion: The administrator and Awards team reserve the right to remove or disqualify any nominee or entry at any stage, without providing a reason. This may include, but is not limited to, concerns regarding conduct, behaviour, misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, misuse of the system, or actions that undermine our services, values, or community.
- Fair use and integrity: Any attempt to manipulate nominations or votes, including fake accounts, automated voting, coordinated misuse, or circumvention of system limits, will result in disqualification. Accounts involved may be suspended or permanently banned.
- No fee for voting or nominating: Nominating and voting in the Awards are free of charge. No payment or purchase is required to nominate or vote.
- Optional prize draw: The Awards may include an optional prize draw that can be entered for a stated fee. Entry into the prize draw is entirely optional and is not required in order to nominate or vote.
- Prize draw entry: One prize draw entry covers the entire Awards year and is not charged per category or per vote. Payment is processed through the official Awards system only.
- Prize draw payments: Prize draw payments are recorded against the user account for the active Awards year. Once payment has been successfully completed, the user is considered entered for that Awards year.
- Prize draw participation:Participation in the optional prize draw is subject to a separate entry payment. One prize draw entry covers the entire awards year and is not required in order to nominate or vote. A small administration fee is deducted from the final prize amount to cover payment processing and operational costs.
- System-only entries: All nominations, votes, and prize draw entries must be completed through the official Awards system. We do not accept submissions or payments via email, contact forms, telephone, social media, or post.
- Previous years: Votes, nominations, and prize draw entries from previous Awards years do not carry forward and have no impact on future Awards.
- Images and content: Images used for nominees may be supplied by users or sourced from publicly available locations online. Copyright remains with the original owner. We do not claim ownership of such images.
- External links: Nominee profiles may include links to external websites or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct of third-party sites.
- Notification: Nominees may or may not be notified that they have been nominated or shortlisted. It is the responsibility of nominees to engage with the Awards if they wish to participate further.
- Final decisions: All decisions made by the Awards system and administrators are final. The organisers accept no liability for loss, disappointment, or reputational impact arising from participation in the Awards or prize draw.
